The Your Message box is duplicated in the Tell A Friend page

I have tell a friend enabled for a contribution page I have created. When I click on the tell a friend the "Your Message" box appears twice. Does anyone know why that is happening and what I can do to fix it?

Seems to me your CKeditor is firing twice, presumably due to it also loading from Drupal. Can you try changing your WYSIWYG editor in CiviCRM to a different one and see if that helps?
