Civi Contribute Printing Thank you letters (What tokens are available?)
February 05, 2013, 02:31:08 pm
So I've read quite a bit about custom hooks and custom tokens but the wiki on tokens seems light.

They don't even mention the tokens that the email template even shows.

The email template shows.
{contribution.amount_level}

{contribution.fee_amount}

{contribution.net_amount}

{contribution.total_amount}

However these tokens aren't even mentioned in the wiki on 4.2.  I'm just trying to get the actual item they selected to show up (its in a price set.)  Basically I'm selling patches, they pick the qty from the price set and  then i want to use the thank you letter as the receipt but i can't for the life of me figure out how to add to the letter a token that shows what they picked.  For instance they picked "Patches Qty 5" from the single price set dropdown and it costs $50.00

Any thoughts on how I can get a full list of all the CONTRIBUTION.* Tokens?

Or do I have to use a custom hook for this sort of thing?  I just assumed since there are 4 tokens for contribution that are undocumented on the 4.2 wiki there may be more.

Best regards,

David
