PayPal Standard goes to a generic PayPal login
February 12, 2013, 01:31:07 am
Hi,

I just upgraded a working 4.2.1 system (Joomla 2.5) to 4.2.7 to fix a known bug.  However I'm now having problems with all my contribution pages.

Rather than being directed to a PayPal login showing the amount to pay and being set-up to perform the transaction I just get sent to a generic PayPal login.

Contribution form points to the Payment Processor and the Payment processor details haven't changed.

What have I done wrong?

After rooting around to see if I'd borked something with custom templates or php it seems that it was a simple as my PayPal Standard Site URL being wrong.  Could of sworn that it used to work with https://www.paypal.co.uk/  but changing it to https://www.paypal.com/ looks like the cure.
