Export "incasso" list to a Clieop file (Dutch only)

Clieop03 is a dutch standard for import and export of payment orders. Clieop is a standard of Interpay/Equens. Also most Dutch banking software can import these payment orders.

Is there some code around to export a "incasso" list from CiviCrm/CiviContriubute to a Clieop Batch file which can be send to the bank?
