I am going to do my best to explain what is going on but essentially when creating a campaign the credit card section works on the TEST mode display but when you go to the live page display the area where is asks for the credit card is completely gone.  It won't show up in anyway.  This is holding back the launch of our site and is bringing me many sleepless nights.  I already posted my version number of wordpress and CIVICRM in the registration but just in case I will do it again. (note I did not have this problem on my joomla install of CIVICRM)

CIVICRM is running on BLUEHOST with PHP version 5.4 (single ini version) Wordpress version 3.5.1
CIVI CRM VERSION 4.2.7

another option might be to compare the html from the test page vs the real page and see why it works in test but not in real

the html should be very similar for both
