Can't use print case report

I created a personal case with a baseline.  everything seems to work fine except

When I click on the button case print report.  I get the attached screen.
What do I need to look at?

The error is saying it is missing a field. Did you check if the case type works correctly and everything is configured OK? Can you replicate this on the demo site?

Thanks for your first questions (Good to feel the community support).  I am not familiar with the demo-site (I guess I should learn how to use this).  In the mean time I have processed by trials and errors and have been able to detect an issue with a particular activity.  I'll run the further I can on my own and be back when I get stopped at a next milestone
