How to get the notes content fully displayed in the "Notes tab"

Hello,
As of now only a limited number of words are visible and you have to click on 'more/plus' to see the rest of the note.
Is it possible to have notes content fully display in the notes tab ?

Yes it is possible to do that by customizing template. Although I am not sure if it's a right approach since large note content might break the layout etc.

Check http://book.civicrm.org/developer/current/techniques/templates/ for customizing template.
