Hi,

It's the normal behaviour to go back to the sender you put when you send the email.

There is an option to track replies on civimail, that might be something you want to explore see if it does what you want

We usually use email system often to correspond with our clients, this time of the year we want to engage more with our constituents and want to make a continouse communication within civicrm sending them within and accepting there replies as an activity so we have seemingly flow of communication as we do like in major mail providers, to do so we can make a one way communication and comes back with the response from the mailbox.Is any way we can bridge the gap using applicable technique? We really need a solution for this so we can out with civicrm along emails.

@Lobo - that documentation needs some updates (refers to EmailProcessor.php, which hasn't existed for a few versions), and the documentation is read-only.  I've made changes to the 4.3 version which would also apply to 4.2; is there any way to backwardly apply the changes?
