Firstly, sorry if this has already been covered or is mentioned elsewhere, I had a look and couldn't find it.

When sending an email from a civicase you get a subject line like

Subject: [case #a8sjds4] <Subject text>

Is there anyway to set it so that it doesn't include the case # in the subject line of the email.

I was just looking at the civicrm_alterMailParams when you replied with that link, so guess I was working in the right direction :-).
