Payment Processor Error message: 1: 75 (TESTMODE) The freight amount is invalid.
February 26, 2013, 04:44:01 am
Using a CiviContribute test or live link to purchase a membership with a premium configured yields the following error message:

Payment Processor Error message: 1: 75 (TESTMODE) The freight amount is invalid.

This is new since we installed CiviDiscount into our CiviCRM V4.2.7 on Wordpress V3.5.1 and Authorize.net.  I disabled Discount but the issue persists.

Does anyone know where this comes from?

that error message is coming from the payment processor. Might want to check the payment processor docs for more info

This was not an issue until we installed an SSL certificate and then CiviDiscount.  Does anyone have any ideas as to why this may have occurred?  I hate to bump this, but although I know the message comes from Authorize.net I also know that everything was working nicely until the above events.  Now I am at a loss as to how to track this down other than to start from scratch.  Any and all help would be very appreciated.

and other google results, might find something more specific and useful

Yeah, thanks Donald.  I appreciate your pointing me in that direction.  The trouble is that I have not altered any of the xml code that I know of.  I guess I was looking for more direction toward what CiviDiscount may have done to mess with this.  Or if I should be looking somewhere else.  Thank you for trying to help.

Just a follow up to this thread for anyone struggling with this error.

I switched the credit card processor back over to live from the developer account, switched from test urls over to secure urls, and the issue dissappeared.  It looks to have been an authorize.net issue.
