I'm a CiviCRM newbie and trying to set up some reports that detail future activities rather than just those in the past.

I'm wondering if anyone has worked out an easy way to specify report filters with date ranges of "Next Week" or "Next Month" rather than "This Week" and "This Month". Also, has anyone figured out an easy way to specify report filters that go forward a week or month from today, rather than the prior week beginning or month beginning (1st of month).

PS: I guess this is sort of a follow up to http://forum.civicrm.org/index.php/topic,16646.0.html (not sure if there was action on that one eventually or not).
