Clicking the Contribution submission button leads to a blank screen.  The contribution is not processed.  The blank screen's URL structure is as follows:  http://www.mysite.com/payments/my-account/make-payments/?page=CiviCRM&q=civicrm/contribute/transact

Any pointers would appreciated.

I am actually testing the contribution form for CiviCRM 4.3 to process client account payments for my web design business.   The form is accessible at http://www.jmdezigns.com/payments/my-account/make-payments/

I would also like to change the label "Contribution Amount" on the page, to "Payment Amount".  However, trying to do this through the Word Replacements function in the dashboard is not affecting this particular label.  Would appreciate pointers on this as well.

SUEXEC error_log:

As I continue to try and troubleshoot this issue, I have noticed that I cannot edit the contribution page for Contribution Premiums.  When I try to save the page without enabling Premiums, I get the error "Please correct the following errors in the form fields below:
No Thank-you Label is a required field."

However, when I enter alternative text for the "No Thank-you Label",  I get the error "DB Error: no such field" whenever I try to save the page.  I am not sure if this is the reason the contribution page will not process, since I really am wishing to keep Premiums inactive and I am not using this feature.  Now I wonder if there are other database integrity issues I need to worry about.  This was an upgrade to 4.3 from a production 4.2.7 install by the way.
