Hi!

Some contacts have more than one email address in their profile information. I would like to have an option that I coult check or not, saying something like

"Send to all email addresses of contacts"

So the mailing is sent not only to the primary address of all the contacts, but to ALL the email addresses of the contacts.

Is that possible out of the box?? If not, what do you suggest?

Hi,

It isn't possible out of the box, civi sends either to the primary or to the "bulk email" one, no matter how many emails.

Right now, the interface allows to choose only one bulk email per contact, not sure if it's a limitation of the UI or something more fundamental in the engine under.

It would be interesting you try make several "bulk email" for a contact (by changing the column directly in the database) and use civimail to send an email to that person. Would be interesting to know for sure if it sends them to all emails or only to one, and if the total/reports are corrects

As a workaround, you can create one duplicate contact by extra email. Not so nice solution, but would allow to send to each email

Hi,

There is an option
"Enable multiple bulk email address for a contact." in /civicrm/admin/setting/preferences/mailing?reset=1

This should allow to do what you want
