In-place edit of inline multi-record custom field: Add another record link fails

Tested in 4.3.beta2 on Drupal 7.21 and on current 4.3 D7 sandbox.

I created a multi-record custom field set on Contacts, Inline.

When trying to edit this CF set in-place from contact summary, I was able to enter values for one record but clicking on the "Add another X record" link does nothing. Firebug console shows error:
TypeError: CRM.buildCustomData is not a function
