How do I access CiviAccounts?
March 09, 2013, 10:37:59 pm
I can't see CiviAccounts on my test install, and I'm wondering how to access it.

I have all  components enabled apart from Grants and Membership.

The sandbox site has a 'Payments' menu which has CiviAccounts items, while my site has a 'Contributions' menu without that.

"CiviAccounts" has actually been integrated into CiviContribute.

You see Payments on your site rather than Contributions because the sandbox has some word replacements in place.

If you look under Administer - CiviContribute  you will see Financial Types and Financial Accounts, the main configurable elements of  the accounting integration.
