Email Requirement for New Individuals

Hi Folks,

Is it possible to remove the email requirement from the New Individual Block?

Email is not actually a requirement in the "New Individual Block".

You can just ignore the email field as 'first & last name' are enough to create a new contact record.

Thanks.  When I try to add a New Individual Contact from New Contributions (see attached), the email seems definitely required.  Anyway to change this either through hard code or seetings?

That pop-up form is generated from a 'profile' (the civi form builder). You can change the fields / requirements from Administer > Customize > Profiles --> Reserved Profiles --> New Individual --> Fields.
