Multiple Language support in wordpress sandbox beta2

In 4.3beta1 wordpress sandbox I could select Other languages.
The 4.3beta 2 the multi language support not available.
Can somebody change it?

For now, if you want to test beta in multiple languages, please do download and install a local copy of CiviCRM
