Geting Internal Server Error on checkout
March 12, 2013, 06:17:38 am
Greetings,

I build a website in drupal7 & installed civiCRM. After civiCRM installation, I am getting 500 Internal Server Error on checkout. I have increased the memory limit to 512M & also checked the .htaccess file, but the error exists. Can anybody help me on the same.

Thanks,
Shikha

You get this error on "checkout" for what page? For a contribution?

For a 500 error, there should be recorded in the server log the details of the error. Can you find those?

Hi,

No,there is no entry in the dblog. I debugged the issue and found that civicrm is creating problem in OG synchronization. Like if i enable the module 'CiviCRM OG Sync' and try to subscribe/unsubscribe to a organic group,i get HTTP internal server error.

Thats the reason why i am getting internal server error at checkout. Because i have created a custom RULE to be executed during checkout which subscribes the user to the ordered node group during checkout.

Now,please help me outfor this that why 'CiviCRM OG Sync' module is not working properly. I am using civicrm 4.2.8 with drupal 7.

Thanks!

For an internal server error, there should be an error recorded in the server logs, i.e. the Apache logs, not the Drupal dblog.

Can you look in the Apache error log?

Hi,

Thanks for the suggestion. I make the display errors On and debugged the problem. problem is in civicrm_og_sync 4.2.8 with drupal 7. there is a function og_load that needs to be replaced by a patch in civicrm_og_sync.module file.

Thanks!!
