Bizarre visual problem
March 20, 2013, 04:27:05 am
A couple of weeks ago I created a tag within a tag for my users, and they are happy with this.  Over the weekend I upgraded them from 4.1.6 to 4.2.8 and all went well except....a user said that the child tag had disappeared.  In fact it was still there but the little white triangle clue (don't know what to call it) on the parent tag that indicated there was a child tag had gone on her PC.  But it's still there on my PC, and we're both using Firefox 19.0.2.  If she clicks as though the triangle clue was still there it all works & she can see the child tag and all is well.  But she says that the indentation of the parent tag, which was different,  is now the same as other tags with no children, which is so weird.  I haven't got a clue how to this might be fixed....

Might be browser caching issue if same page looks different on two machines w/ same browser version. Check the demo site to compare, clear browse caches etc. If none of that works, firebug is your friend :-)

Also clear the CiviCRM template file cache.
