New Civi Contacts Automatically Added

It appears that each time I log-in to the Database a new account with my e-mail is being created. Over several days (weeks) 44 new accounts have been created. This is one for each time I have logged on. Obviously I don't want new accounts created in this way but I don't know what is causing the problem.
