Customize User Dashboard

Hello,

Is there a way to customize or remove/hide areas of the User Dashboard? I am only using CiviEvent & the PCP pages that are associated with it. When people login they have to scroll to the bottom to get to the links to edit their PCP page. At the top of the Dashboard they is just a bunch of blank table fields.

Just want to clean it up a bit and show only the relative information.

I just figured it out. Just in case anyone else was looking for it....here's what I did (I'm using Joomla 2.5.8 and CiviCRM 4.2.6):

In the backend, assuming you are in the CiviCRM component section, navigate to Administer > Customize Data & Screens > Display Preferences

Once you get on the Display Preferences page just scroll down to the "Contact Dashboard" area and un-check the option you want to be hidden.
