Activities to not show on the Print Case Report
March 27, 2013, 09:32:48 am
I have a case with several activities, but when I click on the print case report none of the activities show up on the report. (This is happening with all of my cases) Everything else is on the report except for the activities.

Need more info. Is version 4.2.1 as in your profile current? Then it might be similar to this http://issues.civicrm.org/jira/browse/CRM-10950

I am using version  4.2.7. Basically everything is printing except for the activities, so I am not getting any error. It prints the activities header, but there are no activities listed.

I am still having this issue, any ideas anyone? I tried to go out to the demo site, but I do not see cases even though it says that it is in the navigation and enabled. This is a very needed feature if anyone can help!

On the demo looks like there's a permissions problem at the moment, but in your site is there anything in the civi log (sites/default/files/civicrm/ConfigAndLog) ? Also double-check your xml files are correct.

I tried the demo site again but it is now in a different language:( I checked my XML files and they are set up correctly. There are things in the sites/default/files/civicrm/ConfigAndLog, but it is a huge file. Should I be looking for something specifically there? Is there a way to show the rendered SQL from that report? That might shed some light on why it is not bringing in the activities.

In the log I'd look for any errors that are timestamped around the same time you ran the report.
If you want to see the SQL, you can turn on CIVICRM_DEBUG_LOG_QUERY. See http://wiki.civicrm.org/confluence/display/CRMDOC/Debugging
