Where to download existing county lookup extension

I am interested in the extension described at:  http://civicrm.org/extensions/civicrm-region-lookup but there does not seem to be a way to download it. Does anyone know where the download link is? I did not see anything at drupal.org either.

I don't know the answer, but the author is listed as mlutfy. He might not see this forum post, but you can ask him on IRC sometime. (His handle is "bgm".)
