Empty links (about:blank) for unsubscribe & optOut tokens

We are running on CiviCRM 4.1.2 onWordpress 3.5.

I'm trying to configure CiviMail for a mailing.  It seems that our {action.unsubscribeUrl} and {action.optOutUrl} tokens are not working as designed.  The html from our Mailing Footer is below.  The {domain.address} token is working fine to display our contact address, but the other two tokens appear to link to nothing.  When clicked, both open a blank page with URL: about:blank.

Am I missing something in the set-up process?  Thanks!

(UPDATED)

I switched over to Firefox to try this, and was able to copy the links.  Was not able to do this in Chrome.  Neither of these links worked.  I got the following from Firefox:

"The URL is not valid and cannot be loaded."

OptOut:
http:///?page=CiviCRM&q=civicrm/mailing/optout&reset=1&jid=35&qid=225&h=9f2447affd94d22d

1. For WP, i would strongly advise you to upgrade to the latest version of 4.2.x. Since the WP integration is relatively new, they've been quite a few fixes and improvements in every release

2. the links below have there forward slashes: http:/// and no host name, so something is wrong with the url construction

Okay, thanks for your response and advice, Lobo.

Are you saying that you believe the upgrade to 4.2 may fix the bad URL construction?  Or are there some additional steps that need to be made?  Am I wrong in understanding that CiviCRM sets these URLs automatically?

yes, with the proper settings (and in the absence of bugs), civi should set those urls automatically
