No password prompt at beginning of registration - Wordpress 3.51
March 30, 2013, 10:08:59 am
Hi,

We have Wordpress 3.51, CiviCRM 4.3beta4 and when testing the user profile "name and address" or a test profile that we have setup, on the front end, the user does not get a field to enter a password When going though the membership registration process.

I have the area "account creation required" turned on but it still does not ask for a password. I have been using CiviCRM for 4 years but this is our first site using Wordpress.

We had it working with 4.2 but we had to stop using it due to ACL limitations with Wordpress at the time.

Any ideas would be appreciated,
Thanks,

Donald Lobo

not related to this topic, but since u've been using Civi for 4+ years, would be great and helpful if you can add one or more case studies on our website:

Check in the WordPress general settings that the 'Anyone can register' box is checked.

Thank you, found that it's a browser problem, works on all browsers but Chrome.

Sorry, I thought this was the correct forum since it was dealing with profiles.
