On my contribution pages, all fields for the credit card and billing information are required. When they are left empty and the form is submitted, an error is displayed. The problem is that there are no asterisks next to the field labels. On the demo page of CiviCRM, there are asterisks next to the labels.

Am I missing something?

I am using Authorize.net as my payment processor.
