Feature differences from v3.4.7 to 4.2?

We're a lil' ole non-profit who has been sort of trapped on Civi3 for some time (we're still on D6) and we're assembling info to try and upgrade both to current and D7. I was trying to find a chart that might show feature differences from v3 to v4. Is that something that exists?

First time poster, please forgive any bad netiquette!

I dont think a chart like that exists, but you can check the various blog posts for the releases in between (4.1, 4.2 and 4.3) and see a highlight of the features added

Note: the latest version of Civi (4.3) still runs on D6.
