Required fields and extra fields for Billing Information

Hi there,

2 Things:

1. The required fields are not visible as such (there is already another forum entry about this)
1.1 This sparks another question: can one modify what is required and what is not?

2. How can I include Phone as a required field into the billing section? Only via profile and custom field?

Hi,

where can I decide which fields are required and which not? It seems strange that only a minimal set is required (see attached).
