We have an issue with drupal users registering in civievent. Basically if a logged in user registers for an event but is really registering someone else (putting in someone else's name, address, etc) then it changes their drupal user information. Is there a way to set it up so that in that scenario the 2 accounts are disconnected?

You want that registrations will never be associated with the Drupal user? That's not logical.

Also you wrote "changes their drupal user information" but what information is it that's changed?
