I'm testing multiple participant registration with the "pay later" option.  When this is done the first participant registered (the host) is send a confirmation which tells him to mail a check for the total event fees for all the participants he registers.  The rest of the participants registered (his guests) are send confirmations telling to mail a check for their individual event fee.  This is wrong since if everyone paid the event fees for the "guests" would be paid twice.

I see two ways to solve this:

• Do not sent confirmation to the guests.  The host is then responsible for informing the guests about the event registration.
• Have a separate message template for guests which doesn't mention checks or maybe doesn't mention event fees at all.  If possible it could also mention the host.

I observed this bug in 4.2.7, 4.2.9 and 4.3 Beta 5.

Should I report this as a Bug?
