UPgrading from 3.2.1 to 4.2.9 requires intermediate step

Hint: You can't do it directly. (Has to do with the fact that civicrm_settings table does not exist prior to 4.1 and the system is not able to handle it correctly.)

I upgraded from 3.2.1 to 4.1 THEN upgraded from 4.1 to 4.2.9
