Dear all

I have figured out most of the things now and my CiviCRM is almost running. Just two open questions remaining (for now) .

1. As we would like to open CiviMail ("Mailing") to a larger group of people, I need to undisplay some of the from email addresses. Even better would be to allow people to send e-mails only in their own name, and not be able to choose from the list. Have I overseen any permissions?
What I found is a column in the from e-mail addresses config called "reserved". However, I couldn't figure out any checkbox going with it.
To solve this problem would be best, otherwise, we need emails to get approved. Here I have another issue.

2. Whenever I want to reedit a mailing I need to start from the beginning, and the mailing recipient list is always empty. I'd like the CiviCRM to remember who I choose to send it to initially. Because especially in the case of approval, I'd need to choose my recipients again, and I might not know to whom the author actually wanted to the mailing to.

I'd be very happy if you have ideas how to solve this, so we can get things running
