Guys, I have charity donations form built in CiviCRM 4.2 on Wordpress 3.3.2 and until earlier today the form was loading perfectly, including the credit card fields for an authorize.net payment processor.

Today the site appears to be broken in that, while the rest of the form seems to work fine, the area where the credit card fields were have been replaced by the following error:

I'm not a programmer guys but I need help quickly - the site is meant to go live in a couple of days and the client is going to skin me! Please help.....
