After upgrade to 4.3.0, ajax style help is not working

I upgraded CiviCRM from 4.2.7 to 4.3.0, under Drupal6.    What I am noticing is that when I click any "help" icon, the browser shows a browser modal dialog window with the title and "..." and an "OK" button. It does not show the Ajax style alert window that comes up in the public demo of 4.3.

I have started debugging in Firebug, and it seems that the failing function is "CRM.help( ) "     Which .js file is this function located in? 

I think this issue is related to the JIRA issue: http://issues.civicrm.org/jira/browse/CRM-12069

I upgraded a live D6 site to 4.3.0 yesterday, and all is working well. Help text and other ajax is fine.
My guess is that this is being caused by some stale template caches on your server. Delete the contents of files/civicrm/templates_c
Also you could try going to Administer -> System Settings -> Cleanup Caches and Update Paths
