After upgrade of 4.3.0 it tells me a new version of the same version # is avail

This message is displaying: Powered by CiviCRM 4.3.0. A newer version (4.3.0 ) is available for download.

Why would it tell me this? It said the upgrade completed successfully. I'm using Joomla 2.5.9.

That was due to this bug, which has been fixed for 4.3.1:
"Newer version" alert shows current version
Try asking your question on the new CiviCRM help site.
