Version 4.30 asking me to upgrade to newer version 4.30

Am I the only one seeing this in my installation (see attached jpg)?  I have version 4.30 and Civicrm is telling me to download a newer version with the same version number (it also notified me earlier in a different manner...maybe a popup, I can't recall).

I have a new (as of today) installation of Civicrm 4.30 into a new mysql database, as well as a new drupal installation with a new mysql (for drupal) database.

Thanks for any thoughts (should I report this behavior somewhere?)

Hi, I get this too!  Plus a pop up message when I first logon.  I checked a table (civicrm_domain? I think) and the release number is correctly recorded there.

this is a bug in 4.3.0, fixed in 4.3.1
