I noticed drop down fields in the Donor Report (Detail) for example, no longer have drop downs for fields that had them before like: County, State/Province, Contribution Status etc. You can scroll through them using your mouse scroller, but the actual drop down box is no longer present. Very weird.

Found an issue in the CSS File.

Upgrading had a different CSS than Demo site. After pasting in these lines, it fixed the issue, in case others are having same problem with Joomla and CiviCRM 4.3.0 starting at line 521 in Joomla.css
