Database Upgrade of civicrm_premiums_en_GB from 4.2.8 to 4.3 fails

Hi

When trying to run the Database Upgrade Utility on a multilingual installation the following error occurs:

[Error: Upgrade DB to 4.3.beta5]

ALTER TABLE `civicrm_premiums_en_GB` ADD COLUMN premiums_nothankyou_label varchar(255) COLLATE utf8_unicode_ci DEFAULT NULL COMMENT "Label displayed for No Thank-you option in premiums block (e.g. No thank you)" [nativecode=1347 ** 'sangha.civicrm_premiums_en_GB' is not BASE TABLE]
Incremental/php/FourThree.php:272
