Soft Credit and Custom Autocomplete ‘max’ contacts in the results remain fixed at 10, where is this specified, in which file?

) increasing the max: 200 worked for some basic use cases, such as selecting Contacts for Contributions or Registration. It doesn't change "Soft Credit" and Autocomplete Custom data behavior

I'd like to increase that a bit. Is there any reason not to increase the default to 20 or more? There may be easily 20 or more "Smith" contacts in a medium (100k contacts) database.

Now that we have a settings system, ideally all these constants should go in the seettings table with the below defaults
