Using enhanced event registration facility in CiviCRM 4.3

Hi,

I was looking forward to the  enhanced event registration functionality that was supposed to be incorporated in 4.3 version.
I was trying to find the  'Use Enhanced Registration?' checkbox on the Online Registration tab of the Manage Events interface.
However, I could not find this checkbox.
Can somebody help.
