MySQL requirements to upgrade
April 17, 2013, 01:01:56 am
Well, I am trying to upgrade my CiviCRM install as far as I can while running MySQL 5.0x. The upgrade instructions for 4.2 say that 5.0 is required, 5.1 recommended. The install instructions for 4.2 say that 5.1 is required (and that is confirmed when I try to do a new install). The last thing I want to do is mess something up because I think one thing is required when it is actually another. So I wanted to verify the requirements for upgrading from 4.1.x to 4.2.x.

Thanks!
