Looking for CiviAccounts

I was told that CiviAccounts was part of CiviContribute.  I see that the Financial Types have replaced the Contribution Types.  I also see Financial Accounts associated with Financial Types.  But what does this all mean?  I don't see any new output that supports this complexity.

Hi LoganBear,

Not sure what the current state of the documentation is for CiviAccounts but we will be working on updating the docs as part of the sprint after civicon in the next couple of weeks if you can wait that long.

Otherwise with a bit of luck someone else might pop up in the mean time and point you to any exisiting documentation

I discovered that my menu was corrupted, so I rebuilt the navigation table and noticed the accounting batches option on the Contribute menu.  This is worth all the meetings I'm going to have to spend with our treasurer, operations manager, and exec dir.
