4.2 - 4.3 Gift Aid db entries in custom_field resulting in duplicate key entries

4.3 changes the index on custom_field to using the name rather than the label.

Unfortunately the GiftAid extension has inserted three records with the same name (which was legal at the time)

Consequently the upgrade fails.

I'd rather not loose data on which donations the charity can reclaim tax back from the Inland Revenue. 

Does anyone have ideas?

What would happen if I slightly changed the name?
