After upgrade to 4.3.1, "Codes Redeemed" tab is not working.

I upgraded CiviCRM 4.2.7 to 4.3.0, then upgraded to 4.3.1. ( Running under Drupal 6)

When I click the "Codes Redeemed" tab for any contact record, it displays the entire backoffice framed in to that tab for about 5 seconds, then switches to the "Summary" tab. At this point, clicking any of the other contact tabs does nothing, I am stuck on the summary tab.

I already tried running the URL /index.php?q=civicrm/menu/rebuild&reset=1 and clearing the cache, but that had no effect.

Check the console, what url is it trying to fetch?
Do you still have a copy of the old site? Can you compare?
Try asking your question on the new CiviCRM help site.

I do not have a copy of the site running 4.3.0 ( I did not test it there, I do not think it was running under 4.3.0 either)

The URL reported in the console is:
GET http://dev17.mygroup.org/civicrm/contact/view?reset=1&cid=8157
