How can i search and export all organizations in my database with more than one contact attached i.e organizations that have more than one employee and export the organization with all its employees.

try something like using Adv Search - in Relationships, setting relationship to 'employer of', then selecting the 'show results as' = RElationships (top right)
you might need to try a couple of ways around but i think you will get what you want
and then of course include current employer (or relationship = employee of + Org Name) in your export

Hi Pete, thank you for willing to help.
I only want to export organizations with more than one employee and ignore all other organizations with only one employee.

2 options:

1. Do the export of all orgs and then write a script outside of civi to delete orgs with only one employee

2. Write a custom search that implements your specific requirements

either option requires some amount of coding
