Cannot create new contribution page (or anything else)

Hello,

I have installed CiviCRM successfully. But couldnt create new contribution page to create membership.
When I click to Create New Contribution Page from the menu I get the following screen attached.

I cant upgrade my civicrm becuase my server uses PHP version 5.3.2.
Is that upgrade warning blocks the content?

Is there any way to solve this issue?

This is a Javascript problem. Can you look using Firebug for Firefox and look in the Console and Net tabs for any problems?
