Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_STRING

Please help me!

I have tried to install civicrm on wordpress with a wamp server locally. By using the guideline.

After civicrm was approved in wordpress I got the error message:

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_STRING in wamp\www\website\wp-content\plugins\civicrm\civicrm.settings.php on line 136

I quickly find a solution to this problem and correct it, then I get the error message:

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_STRING in wamp\www\website\wp-content\plugins\civicrm\civicrm.settings.php on line 163.

After having searched I can´t find a solution. I am not a PHP programmer so reading code is very hard.
So can sombody help me with this please?
