Where do I find the sql upgrade scripts? [solved]

I have database problems from 4.2.8 to 4.3

Where do I find the scripts that perform the database upgrades for each stage (problem is on 4.3 alpha1)

also note that a fair amount of stuff is done in php:

CRM/Upgrade/Incremental/php/FourThree.php
