Credit Card and Address Forms not showing on Wordpress Page

When I do a test of a Contribution Page the full details are displayed, this is the same for a live test from the 'manage contributions' section. When I have placed the shortcode on the wordpress page and view the page, the credit card form and address form do not display like they did on the 'test' and 'live' pages. Is this an issue with the page template the information is displaying on?

This has been fixed in 4.3.1,i think it was a javascript issue etc
