How to configure CiviCase
April 22, 2013, 05:00:09 am
Hi,
I have looked at the details at page book.civicrm.org/user/current/case-management/setup/

1. I have enable the CiviCase component
2. I created a configuration file at /CRM/Case/xml/configuration/TechnicalSupport.xml using template file
3. Set file permissions
4. Set roles and activity types at Civi Admin interface

Now Error Returned :
"Sorry but we are not able to provide this at the moment.
Configuration file could not be retrieved for case type = 'Techncial Support' (learn more...).
Return to home page."

I think I may have altered something at TechnicalSupport.xml which system didn't like much.

Can someone paste me a simple XML file to create cases for
1. Sales
2. Support

Regards

Erik Hommel
